night life in Chicago

The other night, I went to see the light show in Millennium Park right in front of the bean.
The bean (aka Cloud Gate) is a sculpture in the shape of a giant bean with a reflective surface.
Chicago-based artists, Sean Gallero and Petra Bachmaier, projected a light show onto the ground directly in front of the bean so that it was reflected.
It looked like a giant disco ball!
After the show, my friend and I went to Barrelhouse Flat in Lincoln Park.
It’s become one of my new favorite bars.
They serve really unique mixed drinks, have great bar food, and the atmosphere is very lounge-like and chill.

I wore a very Chicago outfit with this kid’s souvenir  shirt I found with a happy little hot dog on it.
I paired it with a leather jacket, an American Apparel skirt, Hue tights, a ring from the Louvre, my grandmothers watch necklace from Iran, and a pair of Nikes.

I like all the Photos but the first one I love, it really captured your introspective side. No matter how awesome your photo backgrounds and its content might be; you and your creations steal the spotlight.
