I’m convinced that there are very few things better in this world than a Chicago summer.
Last night, a couple of friends and I went to a Foster the People concert at Congress Theater in Logan Square.
Before the show, we grabbed dinner at The Boiler Room.
They have a deal there called the PBJ–
where you get a slice of pizza, a beer, and a shot for $5.
Quite a bargain if I do say so myself.

Congress Theater is such an awesome concert venue.
It’s like stepping back in time. Check out all the molding, chandeliers, and beautiful staircases.
I’m glad I wore my Blue Chips to the concert because I danced way too much last night.
I paired the sneakers with a buncha stripes! (a striped Polo Tee and a pair of striped, high-wasted shorts from Urban Outfitters)
Foster the People killed it last night.
There were huge blow up monsters all over the stage.
The music was so lighthearted and fun, it was perfect for a summer night.
