I’ve been trying to take advantage of being out of the city by changing up my workout routine.
Yesterday I went to a playground and goofed off on the bars for a bit.
Then I rans some hills to push myself in my running.
I really enjoyed it (except for the heat). I’m excited to see what I come up with today as far as being active goes.
It’s funny to me that I’ve never been so active in my life until now- and I love it! I wish I’d started this a long time ago.
