I would have to say that my favorite artist duo in Chicago is, without a doubt, Nick and Nadine from Sonnenzimmer.
Not long after I moved to Chicago, they were kind enough to invite me into their studio to spend time with them and learn about what they do.
They make screen prints together and also do other work (such as painting and making music) on their own.
This week (July 25-31) they have an exhibit at Chicago’s Museum of Contemporary Art.
You should check it out! I went yesterday and had a great time.
All week long they are making a poster in a room at the MCA and revealing it this Sunday.
