So this is a cool Dark Knight Rises fun fact:
the building in the first few photos is where Batman and Bane fought.
(That’s me channeling my inner Bane in case you couldn’t tell. Ha!)
The following pictures are from the Carnegie Art Museum.
Which reminds me, you should watch the History Channel’s Men Who Built America.
It’s interesting and I feel like I learned a lot.
I’m constantly traveling to Pittsburgh, the steel city.
It’s littered with buildings and foundations set up by all those rich dead guys like Carnegie.
Lots of fun things to see! Art and architecture– they feed the soul!
what I’m wearing… Michael Khors top, Ann Taylor Loft skirt, and Nike Blue ChipsÂ
Flinty, steely old Scotsman. All he and Rockefeller ever did was make tons of money and then give away tens, maybe hundreds, of millions of it. What’s up with that?!
Seems like they were terrible guys giving away money.. probably to feel better about themselves.
Great photos, as always. My favorite is the “Thinker with the Photographer” in the monitor. Both are pondering.
hahaha perfect title for that picture!
This Is a really neat place 🙂 love the lights!
