This beautiful crescent shaped beach is on the west coast of Phuket. The waters are insanely blue and the nightlife is just plain insane.
We stayed at the
Le Meridien on
the beachfront.
The Andaman Sea is sandy and clean.
We took lots of tuktuk rides, ate lots of street food and found a pretty good brewery. The people watching of both tourists and locals alike was even more fun than relaxing on the beach.
Pa Tong is now sometimes referred to as Little Sweden because of its popularity among the Swedes. When you go out to eat, you’ll find menus in 5 different languages from English to Mandarin. Quite the transformation from sleepy little fishing village.
