Happy belated birthday to me! I spent my 30th birthday celebrating with a quick road trip around Colorado. I started in Denver, stayed at the Aloft, ate kimchi fries at Stout Street Social right next door, took an uber to Linger to enjoy a few pints at the rooftop bar, and had an awesome paella dinner at El Five (that had an awesome view of the city).
