I wanted to carry the idea of the rubbings I took from the soles of my shoes even further by translating them into the computer. The result was this psychedelic creation.

I made a few rubbings from the soles of a few pairs of my Nikes that were inspired by Liberty of London’s summer Nike collection. The rubbing (left) is next to the print that inspired by it (right). Beneath the prints is a picture of the shoe the rubbing was made from.
