Pitchfork is a music festival held in Chicago every summer.
It lasts for 3 days. I went to the first two days and it was a blast.
The talent blew me away and the atmosphere was great too- really laid back.
There’s lots of music, beer, food, awesome clothes, and so many great sneakers.
We saw Tune-yards, James Blake, Curren$y, Animal Collective, Wild Nothing, The Dismemberment Plan, Fleet Foxes, and a few others.
The concert didn’t allow cameras with detachable lenses,
so I had to get creative so I could still take pictures without my Canon.
I duct tapped two disposable cameras together (with one upside down),
and I took pictures simultaneously.
Here’s a taste of how they turned out. Enjoy!
How did you like Curren$y? I’ve never really had a standout favorite in music until I started hearing his music.
Oh! that’s awesome.
I really enjoyed him. He was funny- and his laugh cracked me up.
Before the concert, I’d never heard his stuff- but I really liked the show he put on.
Hell yea!
