I’m obviously obsessed with Nikes. Well you can go right ahead and add patterns to my list of obsessions.
The more patterns in an outfit, the better. Be it on your shirt, your socks, your shoes, heck– even your underwear!
This past weekend, I wandered around the beautifully hectic New York City and snapped tons of patterned photos.
So there you have it, patterns in the Big Apple and patterns on my big apple!
Scaffolding on The Plaza, Ninja Turtles, row after row of tulips, polka dots, and fish on a wall.
ohh baby, baby– it’s a patterned world!
“Obssession” is such a harsh word…:o)
I also cannot spell…
I love the bridge picture.
Reblogged this on Hey Sweetheart, Get Me Rewrite!.

Beautiful photographs. Looks like you had an amazing time wandering around.
The TMNT kills me – LOVE IT.
Loving all of these beautiful photos of my favorite city!
Lovely photos! NY is such a lively city! And you’re so stylish!
Thanks so much! wow! I never really think of myself as stylish!
Great vibrant city photo’s! I love big chunky Nike semi-high tops with brightly coloured fat laces and shiny PVC pannels. 90’s teen stylee.
LOVE THE 90s!!!!!!!!!!
I never stopped wearing the style, so I think it’s funny that it’s come back around and suddenly my anti-fashion/street wear is suddenly in fashion lol
hahaha! I never see myself as being in style either! let’s be unfashionable together!
That’s what true style is about after all anyway 😃
I say wear what makes you happy! life is so much sweeter that way, huh?
I love the photos! Great work!
these are some really great photos! i love the one of the tulips
why thank ya!!!! there were so many great tulips that weekend!
Love the scaffolding photo. And I’m a huge fan of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles – now I want to buy some big girl turtle patterned panties!!
haha! don’t you just love all things Ninja Turtles?! I got those panties at Target!
Love all the outfits but especially the black/neon yellow…can you share where the wristlet is from and more on that pair of Nikes? Gorgeous!!
Why thank ya! the bracelet is from Target and the Nikes you can find online!
Beautiful, bright pictures! And I love the black and white patterned Nikes!
thanks so much! They are a Liberty of London print.
Wow! Great photos!
Your photography is so good! And those Nikes…. :O
ow ow! thanks!
Such amazing photo’s and nikes too! makes me want to go to NY even more! 🙂

awww thank you, you’re so sweet!
Amazing pictures, love it. Great post.
I enjoyed the photo shots very much just the right amount of detail/close up mixed with cityscape to balance. It made me happy to see someone else photographs what they see in a city instead of endless countryside landscapes and sunsets proclaimed as art. Street photos, people photos and still takes some aesthetics (google it) I don’t think photography is getting any worse because ‘everyone has a camera now’ (on their mobile/cell) Not judging my such web pages as yours.
