Y’all, New Zealand is one of the most remarkable places on earth. Stay tuned as I take you on a whirlwind tour of the North and South Island. Trust me, you’re gonna love it.

I spent less than 24 hours in Auckland. For New Zealand, it’s a very urban area–the largest in the country to be exact.

  1. Hi. I live in New Orleans. We eat a lot of raw oysters. But, I’ve never seen that pinkish stuff in the cup. What is it?

    And, the bottom picture of the Nikes is very cool. Great way to work your shoes into the portfolio. 🙂

    • Hi there Ray! New Orleans is one of the coolest cities. Lucky you! I think the pink stuff is vinegar and shallots. Very tasty, but if the oysters are really good–you don’t even need it.
