I recently spent a week traveling around Montana–such gorgeous, untouched earth–where the sunsets are so unlike non-mountain sunsets.
Things to do in Montana:
- Yellowstone
- The Tinsley House in Bozeman
- Walk the mainstreet of Bozeman to windowshop
- Blacksmith Italian Restaurant
- Dave’s Sushi
- Montana Ale Works
- Visit Amaltheia Organic Dairy Farm
- Glacier National Park

Seems like your eye is evolving. While you’ve always been good at landscapes, I really like some of the other subjects you chose. Cool shot of the small house with the antlers. Nice framing. I also like the shot of the window, with the texture of the wood and the light in the background.
wow. Thank you so much for the kind words! I really appreciate that.
Great photos. Makes me jealous that my landscapes are not that good. By the way, in line with the name of your blog, and walking and all, I have a pair of custom-made Nike sneakers that were given to me as a gift in 2000, and they’re still in good condition considering the wear I put on them. I have a photo if you’re interested in seeing what vintage Nike shoes look like.
That’s so cool! those sneakers sound amazing–I’d love to see a picture!
