I recently spent about 24 hours in Atlanta–and it really lived up to its nickname. It was HOT. I stayed at The W Downtown, just a short distance from Centennial Olympic Park. It was a very nice (although a bit club-ish) hotel with a great pool and rooftop bar. The Center for Civil and Human Rights was a beautiful sight to see, and if you want to view the city from on high, head over to the Sundial.

Wonderful, diverse shots of the city. I never knew Atlanta was so big and modern.
and I barely scratched the surface. I was mainly downtown–I know there are other interesting neighborhoods. It was just such a quick trip.
Maybe a re-do one day? Me and my bloke are thinking about re-doing Amsterdam as we only covered the centre. I think city breaks are so much more fun than beach holidays, what do you think?
so right on! I get bored on the beach most of the time. I love exploring cities! Amsterdam is one of those cities you can spend endless time in!!!
