After my recent helicopter adventure in Chicago, it was time to bring the excitement to the water. A few friends and I gathered for a birthday boat ride up and down the Chicago river, complete with the first cheesecake-stand on a boat. I started off as the captain… but believe it or not… I’m a horrible boat driver. So I relinquished the reins, and I think everyone (myself included) was much more at ease.
