Well, 2015 was awesome.
I got friggin’ married to the coolest guy. (and yes I wore Nikes)
Visited some great places in the US:
all over Colorado
and of course Texas
Took it outta country to:
Saw some killer art:
The Art Institute of Chicago and The MCA (my Chicago staples)
Chicago Cultural Museum
The Dalí Museum
Brooklyn Museum of Art
celebrated Michelangelo’s birthday
did a walking tour of the sculptures in downtown Denver
Full-body-experienced the live music of:
TV on the Radio
Pitchfork (Killer Mike with Run the Jewels, Future Islands, Sleater Kinny, Caribou, & New Pornographers)
Rolling Stones (at Indianapolis Motor Speedway)
Ratatat in Chicago and England
U2 in Chicago and England
Drank some good brews at a few breweries that were new to me:
Elbow Lane (Ireland)
Steamworks Brewery (Vancouver)
Los Muertos Brewing (Puerto Vallarta)
Schlafly (St. Louis)
Dunedin Brewery (Florida)
New Belgium (Fort Collins)
Enjoyed the heck out of some Nike favorites:
roshe runs (black on black and Hawaiian print)
and the sneaker wedges I wore to my wedding
white canvas sweet classic highs
solar soft flip flop
Geeesh am I grateful. Thanks for following along on all my adventures last year.
